1. Prep Your Lips: Apply lip balm beforehand to moisturize and prevent flakiness. Let it absorb for 2 minutes, then blot excess oil with a tissue to ensure smooth application.
2. Outline Lips: Use the applicator or a lip brush to outline your lips, starting from the cupid’s bow and working outward. Fill in the lower lip lightly, layering gradually to avoid smudging.
3. Apply Evenly: Dab the tint onto the center of your lips and blend outward with a fingertip or cotton swab for a gradient effect. Work quickly before the formula dries to prevent patchiness.
4. Let It Set: Keep lips still for 1-2 minutes to allow the tint to dry completely. Avoid pressing lips together or touching them, as this can disrupt the finish.
5. Peel Off the Film: Once fully dry, gently peel the tint from the corners of your mouth. The remaining stain will last longer. If the color is too intense, use makeup remover to adjust the edges.
6. Touch-Up Tips: For reapplication, remove residue with a makeup wipe, reapply balm, then add more tint. Avoid layering directly over old product to prevent unevenness—focus on the inner lips for a fresh look.
